Jesus on Trial: John 18:27-40

In a world consumed by politics and power struggles, truth stood right before Pilate—yet he couldn't see it. "What is truth?" he asked, while Jesus, the Way, the Truth, and the Life, stood in chains before him.

This week we explored the trials of Jesus, where religious leaders, political rulers, and ambitious men all maneuvered for control. Annas, Caiaphas, Herod, and Pilate—each pursuing their own agenda. Yet in their scheming, they fulfilled God's plan perfectly. Even at His weakest moment, Jesus remained fully in control.

Here's the stunning reality: Jesus was tried for treason—claiming to be King. But WE are the ones guilty of treason against God, sitting on the throne of our own lives.
