James 1:9-20

Every trial we face isn't meant to break us—it's designed to strengthen our faith. In James 1, we discover a powerful truth: God doesn't tempt us, but He does allow trials that build perseverance and draw us closer to Him.

Christ's sacrifice means we don't have to stay stuck in guilt. We can get back to Him that much quicker when we stop pointing fingers and look in the mirror.

We are the "first fruits" of God's kingdom—living proof of what's to come. Whether rich or poor, influential or quiet, our true wealth isn't what we have here. It's the eternal life we've been given through Christ. That's worth celebrating. That's worth pursuing.
